Payment and Booking Terms

• Both a 30% retainer and a signed contract is needed to secure your booking (wedding or otherwise) and guarantee your services and date; no dates can be held without this. All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, though our rates typically see an increase once a year. Your quoted rates are only guaranteed upon the payment of a retainer.

• There is a minimum service booking amount of $400 for long weekends, holidays & all weekends during peak wedding season (May-November).

• Additional fees may apply for holiday bookings, subject to the artist's discretion.

• There is no cost for an 8AM start-time. Early morning fees (prior to 8 AM) are charged at a rate of $50/hour/artist.

• Travel fees will be added to all bookings, for each artist, from M4S 1E6, and any necessary parking will be covered by the client/bride.

• Additional artists may be required depending on the number of services booked. This is determined by our team. If additional artists are requested by the client and not deemed necessary by our team, additional fees will apply.

• No shows will be charged the full service that was originally booked. Anyone ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​ ​to​ ​keep​ the artists on​ ​schedule at the full contracted price.

• We require that all brides, party members and attendees arrive with clean dry hair. A $40 blow dry fee will be apply to any client arriving to their service with wet hair.
